Broken PMT Test

FIXED

Fixed by rejig of OpticksQuery passing to CDetector classes, test detector construction with:

op --cgdmldetector
op --ctestdetector

Issue : photon record positional qwns all zero

ggv-pmt-test --cfg4

Fail to get a ce:
